The chat bubble in the bottom-right corner is the fastest way to get help for general questions and most IT-related issues. In many cases, chat support is enough and no ticket is required.

Use chat for immediate assistance General IT questions, access issues, VPN/Wi-Fi problems, software questions, and guidance should be handled through the chat bubble.

Browse IT knowledge base articles The chat bubble also provides access to articles covering common troubleshooting steps and frequently reported issues. New articles will be added gradually over time.

Open a ticket when tracking is needed Tickets should be used for issues that require follow-up, approvals, detailed investigation, or ongoing status updates.
Password resets Password resets for this system are handled via the chat bubble only. For password resets for any other system (AD/DC, Microsoft 365, Google, Adobe, etc.), please submit a ticket.
